NW Boot Camp

NW Boot Camps are outdoor, women-only fitness classes that are conveniently located in neighborhoods around the Puget Sound area. They are designed to accommodate and motivate women of all fitness levels.

When, where, and how long does each class meet?

You can join a NW Boot Camp class at any time. Sessions are typically 4-6 weeks long. Class meets for one hour, three times a week. Each trainer has a designated location and chooses the time of their class. Please check the schedule for specific class times and locations.

What can I expect during a typical class?

You can expect fun and active classes mixed with very different forms of exercise including circuit training, light jogging, strength training, stability balls, core work, interval training, push-ups, lunges, squats, stretching, obstacle courses, and lots of other fun activities our trainers come up with!

What should I bring to class?

You should bring a water bottle to keep well hydrated, layers of clothes for the winter months (gloves and hat are always good) and a desire to achieve your fitness goals!

What does the program cost?

You can join a NW Boot Camp at any time. Session rates are as follows:

  • 4 weeks @ $180
  • 5 weeks @ $225
  • 6 weeks @ $270

If you would like to try a a class, there is a one time only drop-in fee of $20. Please register before coming to class, including drop-ins!

Is there a refund policy?

You can cancel for a full refund before the session starts. If you need to cancel during the session you will be refunded with a credit for another session. Special circumstances will be looked at on an individual basis.

How do I register?

To register, please fill out the registration forms and pay for your package. Your trainer will contact you to provide you with all the details you need to begin the class.
